I’m Paige Judnich – a Human Resource professional turned Resume Consultant.

I’m a self-declared HR geek who found her way into the industry at the University of Puget Sound, working part-time as a Student HR Assistant. I was so consumed with hope of landing the $7.50/hour position that, in addition to the application, I wrote a letter outlining my career interests to the HR Director. Throughout my career in Human Resources, I have reviewed, quite literally, thousands of resumes. I’ve staffed for temporary jobs, hired an 800-person call center from the ground up, and recruited upper management positions. I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to internally develop many of the candidates I’ve interviewed and believe that every professional deserves the opportunity to improve, grow, and thrive to be that model job candidate.
In order to better serve my clients, I received my Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) accreditation. I continue to pursue educational opportunities so I can help my clients provide the most modern and updated application materials possible.
